Thank you for being a presenter at APS4CS 2026
Instructions for Speakers:
- Contributed talks are 10 min + 2 min for Q&A
- Talks should be named in the format SESSION_Number_Lastname, e.g., Z01_02_Montano.ppt
- Supported formats are PPT, PDF, and Google Slides only
- Talks should be uploaded 24 hours in advance. Use THIS FORM.
In a last-minute rush, you CAN upload your talk to the presentation laptop using a USB drive.
Presenters CANNOT use their personal laptop for presentations because of the tight schedule.
Instructions for Poster Presenters:
- Please bring a printed poster to the meeting; we do not have the capability to print it here.
- The recommended poster size is 42 inches by 42 inches (posters larger than 42 x 42 will not fit on the boards).
