The conference will be held at the New Mexico Tech Campus, and most hotels in Socorro are on California Street. To get to the campus, you will normally drive on California towards Bollock Avenue, then turn west. It is about a 2-minute ride from California Street to the campus. Once on Campus, you may park anywhere for free, except in reserved areas.
